Class Description

Vin-Yin
A two part practice combining vinyasa flow and yin yoga. Class starts with vinyasa linking breath with movement to increase energy and challenge balance and endurance. Class transitions to yin focusing on holding poses for longer periods to get into the connective tissue to improve mobility. This class is a great way to build strength and help calm the nervous system.

Yin
This non-heated class uses a series of grounded poses held for a few minutes to target the connective tissue. It allows your body to soften into stillness  to help calm the nervous system and increase mobility.  It is a great balance to more dynamic practices focused on strength and endurance. Slow down and be present with yin.
