Do you accept insurance?
No, this is a cash-based practice. Everybody is different with varying goals. Insurance companies often determine what is “medically necessary” and limit the number of visits a patient is allowed to have. Because of these limitations and to provide the highest quality of care we do not accept insurance . We are happy to provide you with a superbill upon request to submit to your commercial insurance company for possible reimbursement for out of network care. This does not apply to Medicare.
Do you accept Medicare ?
No, we are not enrolled as a Medicare provider.
Is a doctor’s referral required?
No. New Jersey has direct access. This means you can see a PT for evaluation and treatment without a physician referral.
What do I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing. Myofascial release requires skin contact, without the use of lotions or creams. If this is performed shorts and tank top or sports bra is ideal. Please do not apply any lotions prior to treatment.
How many sessions will I need ?
There is no set number. Everyone responds differently to treatment . Factors to consider are severity and duration of symptoms as well as consistency with treatment sessions and home program. At evaluation the therapist can discuss treatment recommendation based on your history, examination, and goals as it varies with each individual.
What forms of payment do you accept ?
We accept cash, checks, credit card, HSA and FSA cards at the time of service.
